As a participating distributor, Hirsch is proud to partner with The Golden State Rebate program which offers instant rebates on qualifying Hybrid Heat Pumps and High Efficiency Water Heaters for eligible single-family customers of Pacific Gas and Electric Company; Southern California Edison Company and San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
Effective November 1st, 2025, only electric customers of SDG&E, PG&E, and SCE are eligible for rebates for Fuel Substitution Heat Pump Water Heater (FuelSub HPWH) sales.

The Golden State rebate is based on a first come first serve basis, program expires 6/30/2026 or until state rebate funds run out.
Qualifying Heat Pump Water Heaters
Must be replacing 40- or 50-gallon electric storage or 30, 40, 50, or 60 gallon
gas tank water heater.
*New Construction or replacing a Tankless DO NOT qualify for rebate.
Qualifying High Efficient Gas Tank Water Heaters
Must be replacing like-size natural gas tank water heater.
HOW TO GET STARTED
The process is simple, all you need to do is scan QR or click link below to fill out the “Customer Data Intake form” to see if your client qualifies for this rebate, once you get the approval code, give it to our salesperson, and then we’ll take the amount of rebate off your invoice for you to directly pass down to your customer!
