Starting October 31, 2023, TECH Clean California's Statewide Heat Pump Water Heater incentives are available for qualified single family and commercial installations. Interested enrolled contractors installing Heat Pump Water Heaters, please contact TECH Clean California to reserve your funds today. Please visit the TECH Clean California website to receive daily updates of funds availability as funds are on a first come, first serve basis and limited.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Active California Contractors License in good standing
- Adherence to the requirements outlined in the Trade Professional Participation Agreement including insurance coverage
- Brief program training completion
HOW TO SIGN UP :
- Fill out the online enrollment form.
- Once the form has been filled out, a program staff member from TECH Clean California will contact you to finish your enrollment.
