Throughout 2023, we had an amazing time celebrating our 90th anniversary with all of you. As the year comes to a close, let's take a look back at the highlights that made this year so special. From fun Casino Nights to the party of the year, and the heartwarming stories from our awesome employees and customers – it's been a truly special year celebrating our 90th anniversary with all of you.
Casino Night 2023 (February 23, 2023)
Decked out in our 90th-anniversary theme, from fancy 90th-themed napkins to bright 1933 lighted letters, Casino Night 2023 was the perfect way to kick off our celebration. The night was buzzing with vendor meet-and-greets, classic Vegas games, and an energy-filled speech from President & CEO Bill Glockner. The night finished with a poker showdown that crowned our 2023 Casino Night Poker Champion. The excitement and comradery of the night, set up a 90th year to remember.
90th Anniversary Celebration (October 28, 2023)
The House of Blues Anaheim set the stage for the party of the century, attended by over 1,000 guests ready to celebrate in their 1930’s best attire. What an incredible night it was to way to celebrate 90 years in business
Employee and Vendor Spotlights
Our 90th-year teams mission this year was to capture and tell the stories of the people of Hirsch. Through interviews, we uncovered stories and the positive impact Hirsch has had on people. Throughout 2023, we invited you to take a journey back in time with us as we uncovered crazy trivia and fun facts from the year Hirsch first opened its doors. Featured in our Monthly Sales Flyers, we looked back at moments like “Babe Ruth first All-Star Game Home Run” or “Shirley Temple’s Big Break”.
On behalf of our 90th team and all of us at Hirsch, it was an honor to a part of this team and to create memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to all of you who have helped Hirsch get to 90 years. Now, let’s look forward to our 100 year celebration!
