Job Summary – Marketing Assistant

This Marketing Assistant role is a newer and evolving position that is part of a dynamic sales and marketing team focused on proactive sales growth, enhancing customer engagement and building out Sugar CRM dashboards and reports.If you are a self-starter who enjoys learning on the job, this position is for you.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing Sugar CRM and Sugar Market usage for multiple teams, creating outbound call lists and handling all reporting.Depending on assignment, may assist with tradeshows, maintain databases, and produce reports and graphic presentations. Works with the different managers to develop and execute marketing efforts customized to unique customer profiles.As requested, also supports the Hirsch Marketing Department with related reporting and other assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing background, education or work experience
    • College Degree or 2-3 years of college coursework strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in working with automated customer relationship management (CRM) software, creating custom reports and trouble-shooting issues
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of marketing materials and communications
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications – especially excel
  • Experience with pulling, organizing, and analyzing data from different data sources
  • Highly organized and can adapt to change and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • May require both domestic and foreign travel
  • On the job training provided
  • Drug Screen and Background Check performed
