Hirsch Pipe and Supply is a participating distributor of the STATEWIDE MIDSTREAM WATER HEATING INCENTIVE PROGRAM which offers instant rebates on qualifying High Efficiency Commercial Water Heaters, Tankless, Boilers, for eligible commercial customers of So. Cal. Gas Company; Pacific Gas and Electric Company; Southern California Edison Company and San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
This is another offering Hirsch provides to customers! The process is simple. All you need to do is provide us with some basic information about your job, we'll check to see if there is a rebate offered and then take the amount of rebate off of your invoice for you to directly pass down to your customer! If you're unsure if your customer’s business and product will qualify, or how much the rebate is, don't fret - ask any of our helpful salespeople at your local branch and they'll help you get you rebate information you need!!!
The STATEWIDE MIDSTREAM WATER HEATING INCENTIVE PROGRAM expires December 31st, 2027 or until state rebate funds run out.

PLEASE NOTE: The Statewide Midstream Water Heating Program expires 5/1/2024 or until state rebate funds run out. The Rebate must be passed through to the Eligible SoCalGas, SDGE, PG&E or Edison commercial account holder (End User). This rebate is only applicable to certain high efficiency products being installed in specific applications approved by SoCalGas, SDGE, PG&E and Edison. If at any point it becomes known that the qualifying products are not installed at the designated End User’s premises or installed for the wrong application, Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co., Inc. will recover the rebated funds through charging your account. All invoices must be paid in full, rebates will be charged back to customers if the invoice is not paid within 90 days.
The Statewide Midstream Water Heating Program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) and supported by the state’s other investor-owned utilities, San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E®), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E®), and Southern California Edison Company (SCE®) under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
