We couldn't be more proud of Roger Stauffer, Hirsch Regional Manager, for his efforts in spearheading our Customer Service Advocate group. He created this group of members from each of our 23 branch locations with the goal in mind of making our above and beyond customer service EVEN BETTER! This includes sharing customer feedback heard across all of our branches and new service ideas from our team members to better serve our customers. Hear from Roger below:

"I am really excited and proud with all the incredible work our teams put in place to help service our customers faster. With the input from our customer service advocate team we now have a new will guarantee that allows our customers to get those same day will calls in 30 minutes or less. Customers can order their material anyway they prefer; phone, text, or online and we will have it ready for you.  Our goal is to have the Fastest Will Call in the West so our customers can spend more time on their jobs, not at the counter waiting for their material. "
