Stimulus Check Monitor Check on the status of your Economic Impact Payment through the below IRS link. The application will give you information about your payment status, type and whether more information is needed from you to receive your payment (including bank account info). Mortgage Payments: Governor Newsom announced that financial institutions will provide relief for vast majority of Californians including 90-day grace periods to make mortgage payments. Car Payments: Most banks, credit unions, and the lending arms of most automakers have announced programs to both help current borrowers and give new borrowers peace of mind. Nearly every automaker’s financing arm has announced first payment deferrals of between 90 and 120 days to buyers of new vehicles.
