Job Summary - Driver/Sales Trainee

The Sales Trainee will work and receive training in product delivery driving, warehousing, customer service and sales. Hirsch has a career tract with opportunities to move up; even into management. 85% of Branch Managers started out as a Driver / Sales Trainee. “And that’s a fact!” Shift times are M-F 6:30/7:30am to 3:30pm/4:30pm and varies upon location.
Your role will include:
- Desire to advance into a sales position within the company
- Provide superior customer service to our clients’ needs
- Multiple Stops – pick up and deliver plumbing supplies/assist in warehouse (First 6 months-year)

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships
- Desire to advance within the Company
- On the job training provided
