The Cozy Challenger is a self-contained gravity circulating furnace which mounts in the floor to provide even, uniform heat and high volume air exchange through natural convection. Ideal as a replacement for obsolete floor furnaces or as a primary heat source in vacation homes, cabins or cottages. The Challenger uses self-generating millivolt ignition requiring no outside power source. Heat is provided even during power interruptions. Construction features include an 18 gauge heat exchanger, jet-tube aluminized steel burners, 100% safety pilot, built-in pressure regulator, safety limit control, 2-position register damper and spark ignition re-lighter. Draft diverter and wall thermostat are included. Draft diverter is packed in furnace carton. Uses 1/2" gas connection.
